High impact Organizational Change Management Consultant capabilities require more than tactical skill sets. Strategic initiatives require all levels of employees to lean into the fear and anxiety that restrains them and, in turn, project results. Employees better resolve conflicts, work through resistance and achieve objectives when working from mental models that draw on confidence. In tandem with deepening these OCM skills for my work, I worked with staff and participants engaged in developing more skillful ways of responding to personal as well as work challenges.
