Biography

As an Executive Coach, I have a unique background which includes extensive executive experience in the C-Suite of a Fortune 250 company and as a general manager of a rapidly growing medical business in Latin America & Canada. I also serve as a director on both for-profit and non-profit boards.

I HAVE SAT IN YOUR CHAIR Previously, I was the EVP of HR at Ecolab, and prior to that I had an international career as a line and HR executive with Abbott Laboratories. I have lived and worked in most regions of the world. I have extensive experience leading complex global M&A integrations and leading organizations through significant change.

I KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO HELP LEADERS BE SUCCESSFUL As a certified and highly experienced executive coach I leverage my expertise as both a line executive and HR leader who worked with the board to develop and select executives for key leadership roles.
