Using a clear framework, I work with clients to design customized training solutions that deliver workplace capabilities needed to achieve: employee readiness, employee engagement, and organizational objectives. Design and Development of Custom Learning Solutions – Always in the context of the client’s performance requirements, I work with identified subject experts (internal and/or external) to streamline need-to-know program content, then design effective solutions which optimize the transfer of knowledge to the workplace.
