Ted Power is the Chief Customer Officer at iCoachFirst. As a recognized thought leader and trusted adviser, Ted provides insightful counsel and targeted Human Capital solutions to a variety of organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Sanofi-Aventis, Johnson & Johnson, Panasonic, and the U.S. Military.

With over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience in Talent Management / Organizational Development, Ted has led large-scale global initiatives, including the development and implementation of enterprise-wide competency models and competency-based tools and systems, which require the engagement of broad stakeholder groups to ensure optimal organizational adoption.
