Biography

Steve provides consultation to private equity, hedge fund, and corporate clients on selecting, developing, and utilizing senior leadership capital within the context of positional demands, strategic goals, and organizational culture. Additionally, he consults on links between organizational culture and financial performance, and working through leadership/cultural issues in mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining ghSMART, Steve consulted for over 15 years with the senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and entrepreneurial start-ups. He has also served as President of the Society of Consulting Psychology, a division of the American Psychological Association.
