Most recently, Mary completed a 7 year career at Johnson Controls where as Vice President of Global Talent Management, she was focused on enabling JCI's major HR transformation initiatives including designing and launching a global talent management Center of Expertise.
Mary previously led global talent management for BlackBerry, Cisco Systems, Lenovo and Kraft Foods. She also managed a successful Talent and Organization Capability consulting practice for several years.
