Biography

I have years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, and can master just about any system provided to me. I work well with most people, and have experience dealing with everyone from the Chair of the Board all the way down to the floor workers in the warehouse, as well as a wide variety of customers. I get things done, and was known as a fixer at Wiley for figuring out how to resolve just about any customer-related issue.
