Brad is principal of CareerTeam Partners, a New York City-based career consulting firm. His work focuses on helping clients identify true vocational passions and strategically developing action plans to make them happen. He also serves in the capacity of executive coach and corporate trainer, working with individuals within organizations to improve such skills as leadership, team-building, time management and negotiation.
