Eric Henry is a Founder and Managing Partner of CMPartners and a Board Member and Secretary of The Bridgeway Group. He conducts workshops on negotiation, strategic relationship management and communication. He also serves as a negotiation and dispute advisor. Past and current projects have taken him across North America, the Middle East and Asia.

He conducts workshops on negotiation, strategic relationship management and communication. He also serves as a negotiation and dispute advisor. Past and current projects have taken him across North America, the Middle East and Asia. Clients include Fortune 100 companies in the financial services, professional services, manufacturing and consumer products industries. In the public sphere, Henry has also focused his efforts on assisting the seven political parties of Nepal in their activities to nurture democracy and peace and bring a sustainable end to the civil war that has raged for ten years. He has conducted workshops for both private and public-sector clients in association with the National University of Singapore and The American University in Beirut.
