Biography

Fran is Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for HR strategies and programs at the leading global law firm of Ropes & Gray. By attracting, developing, training, managing, and retaining the highest quality attorney talent, Human Resources supports the firm's delivery of excellent client service. The firm combines superior talent with a supportive environment where nothing gets in the way of solving our clients' problems.

Fran also oversees the staff human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, training, leave administration, HRIS, and benefits.

Fran has more than 18 years of experience in law firm management and HR, all at Ropes & Gray. She came to Ropes after a successful career as a practicing lawyer, where she was a litigation partner.
