Biography

Alejandro Reyes is a global leader of transformation and leadership capability in organizations. He is the Chief Talent and Organization Development Officer at Laureate International Universities. In this capacity Mr. Reyes oversees all aspects related to executive succession and talent planning, global talent management, developmental and hiring executive assessment, performance management, executive leadership and high potential development, large-scale organization design, effectiveness, engagement and culture. He reports directly to the CHRO of Laureate.
