Biography

I am a researcher, writer, speaker, global educator and coach focusing on the Future of Work. My passion is to develop innovative approaches to Talent and Organizations and help discover higher purpose for the next economy

I teach at New York University and lecture globally. Everyday I learn from the networks I develop and join. I am an Academic Advisor to a variety of emerging start ups and serve on the Editorial Board of People + Strategy Journal, .

Currently, I am working on a book about the "End of Talent Management as we know it." ( working title)
