Executive and Board Director with expertise in Human Resources, Communications and Public Affairs and particular strengths in leadership development and coaching, talent management, succession planning, executive compensation, and organization development/change. Significant experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures/spin-offs. Served on Corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors and has held numerous committee chair and board chair positions.
