Biography

With over 25 years experience working in large, global, matrix organisations, I have demonstrated my expertise in driving strategic change, managing due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions and leading large-scale organisational restructuring and change programmes. Working collaboratively with senior leadership teams on a global basis, I have been effective in negotiating with and influencing senior management, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. Committed to driving organisational success by optimising HR, I have implemented process and system improvements, managed cost and increased efficiency. Skilled in fostering a strong team-oriented culture, I am passionate about employee engagement and development.

I have been recognised by the National Diversity Council, Houston as one of the top 50 most powerful women in Oil & Gas following demonstration of leadership, contribution to business growth and strategic direction and ethical behaviour.
