Laura V. Rodriguez is the WW Director of the Global Mobility at Johnson & Johnson. This function supports the short term, long term and permanent transfer of employees to global assignments, in alignment with Johnson & Johnson business goals and global talent management strategies. Her responsibilities include the development of competitive policies, programs and practices that enhance employees' global assignment experience, optimize process efficiency and ensure compliance with country immigration, tax, data privacy and other applicable laws and regulations.

Laura has 24 years of Human Resources experience within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, supporting Sales & Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Information Management client groups in pharmaceutical, consumer and medical devices companies. Prior to her present role she served as HR Operations Director for Latin America, responsible for the effective implementation, post go live services and relationship management of an integrated HR business process outsourcing initiative. She has also held positions as Director of Business Services for Johnson & Johnson
