Biography

Ms. Fox is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and works with the internationally acclaimed Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (PON), coaching executives, diplomats and lawyers.

Erica works alongside the leading conflict mediators in the world, including the authors of the seminal work on negotiation, Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement without Giving In and the business best-seller Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most. For the last fifteen years, she has lectured and taught principles from these works to executives and public sector leaders all over the world. Her keynotes and trainings have focused on interpersonal business skills including influencing, negotiating, team effectiveness and leading in times of fast-paced change.
