Biography

At Assurant, we protect what matters most to people - the places our customers live and the goods they buy. I lead the team that focuses on talent attraction, development, retention, succession and inclusion. As one of my colleagues says, my team helps to "find them, help them be successful and keep them." My specialties include global talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, succession planning, talent attraction, broad-based compensation, and employee communication.
