Jonathan is responsible for Executive Leadership Development (top 200 leaders across the firm), Executive Onboarding and Integration, Succession Management, High Potential Development, and Coaching and Assessment across the firm. Lead a team of 6 resources to design, develop, and execute these talent processes and services across Fidelity.
Lead and managed a team of 10 from May 2006-Dec 2008, with primary responsibility for leadership development across all segments - Front Line, Mid Level, Senior and Executive leaders.
