Biography

I am a globally experienced, multicultural Human Resources executive with extensive experience supporting business strategy execution in Fortune 100 high tech and energy industry companies through talent management processes, leadership development programs and consultation with business executives to provide talent-based solutions. I have held corporate, regional, BU and functional roles as well as worked across multiple geographies. My interest and experience includes the build out and execution of a talent strategy from the “ground up”, as well as transforming and growing a foundation that has already been laid to take an organization’s talent strategy to the next level.
