Biography

As a professor, keynote speaker, consultant, researcher and author, I work with a variety of organizations globally on formulating and implementing successful strategies based on cutting edge research and practice.

My latest books, "The Global Leadership Challenge" (with Allen Morrison) and "It Starts with One: Changing Individuals Changes Organizations," provide research-based but practical guides to leading in a global world in general and leading strategic change in particular. These are two of 15 books I've authored on a variety of topics including globalization, global leadership, leading change, and cross-cultural management.
