I am a collaborative, insightful leader with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive change in a global organization. I excel at bringing groups together to co-create new futures that drive innovation for people and organizations. I have been a long-time advocate for using design thinking methods across organizations and have applied the methods to design global talent frameworks and leadership curriculum for employees from front-line to the executive level.
