Biography

Rich Robles is a Senior Vice President leading the Enterprise Organizational Effectiveness team. Rich is responsible for cultivating organization effectiveness capabilities to improve the health and effectiveness of the bank. Rich joined Bank of America in 2008, and he has led the development and deployment of tools, resources and educational sessions on organization design, organizational assessment, team effectiveness, and new team integration. He has also supported organizational development initiatives across different lines of business. Rich is a member the leadership team for the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement affinity group and a member of local organizations related to the work in organizational development
