Led HR for over 47,000 employees in our Field Operations, functions include: Sales/Sales Operations, Supply Chain including Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Planning as well as Field Finance, Marketing and PR.

Managed a team of over 250 HR professionals (HR Generalist) with COE support from division and corporate entities.

Guided the Field organization on HR strategy, including Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management/Succession Planning and Employee Engagement.
