I am a Global Human Resources Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of effective employee recruitment, development, retention, and performance strategies. Building a highly productive workforce that supports corporate objectives is my expertise. My experience includes talent management, workforce development, and staffing throughout multiple industries such as consumer products, financial services, and aerospace. I have led cross-continental teams with impact over thousands of employees, and managed budgets as large as $4M. I have also led learning and organizational development initiatives and designed effective corporate strategies to align global business needs with workforce capabilities.
