Biography

Corinne Mason is a Global Talent Management Leader with over 18 years of experience in selection, recruitment, assessment, development, performance management and leadership. As a consultant, she has been responsible for designing and helping to lead the implementation of organization-wide talent management systems in Fortune 500 companies, like Procter and Gamble, Verizon, Honeywell, and UPS. Shortly after 9-11, Corinne worked with the Transportation Security Administration and Homeland Security to develop the security screener hiring process nationwide. Currently, Corinne leads the Global Talent Assessment Practice for Ingersoll Rand. Corrine received her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of South Florida.
