Talent Management and Leadership Development professional with an expertise in talent development, succession planning, executive coaching, and high-potential leadership program design at the senior-most levels of an organization. Serve as the bank's Senior Talent Development Officer with a focus on accelerating the development of Credit Suisse's current and future leaders.
