Biography

I’m a Licensed Psychologist who provides empirically driven yet pragmatic solutions for selecting, developing and engaging leaders and top talent. My major areas of focus are selection and development assessment, leadership development, leadership coaching, team assessment and building, organizational culture research and development including qualitative and ROI research; cultural initiatives (e.g., well-being, work life balance). I am so thankful to partner with Human Resources and business leaders to provide insight into their talent, their teams, and their business.
