Biography

Jennifer Rothfeld is Director of Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems. In this role she leads the recruitment and retention of strategic, key and experienced talent, builds the talent pipeline through University hiring and partners with stakeholders to ensure SAS meets strategic recruiting objectives. In addition, she is responsible for the management of total rewards programs.

Before assuming her current responsibilities, Ms. Rothfeld led human resources for Operations across all Space and Airborne Systems locations.
