It takes a lot of courage to work in the white space. I’m focused on creating a cultural environment where that white space is just a natural place to allow leaders to be the best they can be and where high performance is the result.
If people are energized by what they do every day, they begin to see change as an opportunity, not a challenge. And that shift results in incredibly high performing teams. When consensus becomes the normal, so does incremental change. So I love helping people get to the "yes” they need to deliver innovative solutions.
I am also passionate about developing the careers and the influence of women. I am active in the Healthcare Business Women’s Association. I teach leadership development at Ohio University where I am a Fellow for the Walter Center for Strategic Leadership.
