Responsible for the development of Talent Mangement strategy, tools and approaches for use across GSK and a specific focus on the talent management activities for the most senior leadership cadre. Key deliverables since joining GSK have been to been to establish an enterprise approach to understanding the demand for and supply of talent within and across the organisation including a focus on the future capability and leadership requirements linked to the business strategy. A key element of this work has been to drive the identification and development of talent deeper in the organisation in order to build a continuous future pipeline.
