Biography

Tess Reinhard is currently the Sr. Director of Organizational Capability at CDW Corporation in Vernon Hills, Illinois. In that role she manages both the organizational development and learning and development functions including talent management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

Tess Reinhard is an accomplished leader with demonstrated success driving change within complex organizations. She delivers results by collaborating with key stakeholders to produce and implement systems, processes and initiatives in the areas of talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She has proven experience in operations management, front line service delivery and consulting.
