Biography

Connie works with with clarity, compassion and whole-systems thinking to strengthen individual and organizational effectiveness. She works with individual coaching clients, as well as with companies and not-for-profit organizations. She has over 20 years of experience as an organization development leader and is a Certified Integral Coach. She has coached and developed hundreds of leaders from the executive level through directors and first-line managers in corporate leadership programs and as individual clients. Connie is a warm human being who partners with her clients to help them identify or clarify their purpose and goals, to build a plan to achieve that, and then accompanies them as they work toward successful goal achievement. Her clients report that she is a clear and effective communicator, a perceptive listener, and is reliable to support and follow through on their agreements. But most important, they always know she is "on their team" and present to support them as people.
