I am energized by understanding how to improve the way companies, and work teams, organize and communicate in order to accomplish their goals. Much of my work has been driven by a deep-seated interest in technology and how it can be leveraged to maximize performance in non-invasive ways. I enjoy the advantage of being able to draw on a rich variety of unique experiences including helping to design virtual reality training environments for the United States Army, implementing talent management systems, for a health insurance company, and managing the performance feedback processes for creative artists at two entertainment companies. Regardless of the setting I have always been able to help people and organizations discover new ways to get more out of themselves. The nature of these interactions has also helped me create a large network of strong relationships with talented professionals in a variety of disciplines.
