Over 30+ years, I have led global businesses and consulted with CEOs and key executives of some of the world’s largest and most successful companies around the world, partnering with them to improve their results and increase their effectiveness as leaders. My focus now is on leveraging my prior experience to assist CEOs of smaller businesses who have similar goals.

My primary focus is as a Vistage Chair, connecting CEOs into a diverse, effective group of peers, all committed to helping each other to grow their businesses and their skills as leaders, to achieve their goals at work and in life and to make a major positive impact in their spheres of influence.
