An organizational consultant, talent management professional, learning expert, thought leader & seasoned HR executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading teams to solve talent, people & learning challenges. Throughout my career I have consulted to organizations and their senior teams in a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality, retail, logistics, finance and energy. My specialties include learning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, and change enablement, with a particular emphasis on the alignment of the organization’s systems and people.
