Biography

Bill received his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to his graduate work, he worked in the strategic planning department of a Fortune 200 firm. In the 1990s, he served on the Board of Trustees for a $250 million health system. Bill served as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar at MGIMO University in Russia in 2001; and was a distinguished visiting scholar at the top-ranked IE Business School in Madrid, Spain in 2013. He currently is serving as the founding President of the International Corporate Governance Society. Professor Judge has earned teaching awards on six different occasions during his career, and co-authored Change Management: Power and Influence - one of the most popular teaching simulations at Harvard Business Publishing.
