Biography

To put it simply, I am a Senior HR Leader who gets results. Whether you need a professional to organize a team of recruiters, improve your internal systems and processes, or manage the overhaul of your human resources infrastructure, I have extensive experience and drive to get the job done. Though I began my career as a Human Resources Generalist, over the past ten years, I have expanded my skill set to include leading Talent Acquisition teams for global companies. Not only do I possess skills related to the operations of human resources and talent acquisition but also data analytics, project management, and systems improvement.

My greatest attribute may be my ability to influence people around the world (much of the time without any authority) and drive them to the completion of projects. I possess an innate ability to see the system and the details of human resources to improve processes for the candidate, employee, hiring manager, and the recruiting team.
