Biography

Ernest Gundling, PhD, is a founder and president of Aperian Global, assisting clients in developing strategic global approaches to leadership, organization development, and relationships with key business partner. Some of his corporate clients include AT&T, Cisco, Ford Motor Company, Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, Proctor & Gamble and the 3M Company. Ernie has lived in Japan, Mexico, and Germany and has traveled extensively throughout Asia. Dr. Gundling holds his PhD from the University of Chicago and currently lectures at the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.
