Biography

Transformational leader with diverse career experiences, which began with running full service restaurants and owning a small business. Have held a range of positions with increasing global responsibility in logistics, manufacturing, product design, human resources, organizational development and business leadership at Caterpillar Inc. Lived and worked outside of the U.S. and have traveled extensively on 6 continents, spending a significant amount of time in Europe and Asia. Currently serving in board and officer roles on several privately held for-profit company boards as well as not-for-profit boards.
