Biography

Lorrina Eastman, SVP, leads the executive talent management function at Bank of America. She is responsible for Bank of America's succession planning process as well as assignment management and executive assessment, coaching and onboarding. Prior to this role, she led the bank's assessment team. She managed selection assessments for over 400,000 candidates annually and managed the bank's developmental assessment practices, including multi-rater feedback, top talent assessments and competency models.
