Biography

Robert Kaplan is founder of Kaplan DeVries Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in executive development for senior managers. Bob spent twelve years at the Center for Creative Leadership, where he remains a Senior Fellow. Prior to that, he taught organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University for several years. He received a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale. He also received a B.A. from Yale. He has published two books, listed first below, and several papers such as The Versatile Leader: Make the Most of Your Strengths
