Biography

I have always been curios to better understand what leads leaders to think and act as they do and help them become more self-aware and able to create the results that they desire and that reflect who they are at their best. Having worked for almost 20 years in the fields of organizational learning & change, leadership development, and human resources I had the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from many remarkable institutions and thought leaders shaping those fields. Using a client centric approach marked by deep listening, generative conversations and adaptive design, I help leaders discover how their mindset and beliefs can either hinder or support them in accomplishing their vision and goals.
