SunSun is a change agent. She successfully deployed a global customer relationship management program throughout Corporate IT. She is a successful project manager at both the strategic and tactical level. SunSun worked to deploy Pfizer's first infrastructure dashboard. SunSun successfully partners with the business leaders. She established a process with the Consumer groups that became a Client Relationship Management standard. She is valuable to any organization she is apart of.

Providing thought leadership, strategy consulting and implementation expertise with a focus on Human Capital management. Recent projects include helping to rethink Performance Management, developing culture strategy and talent development.
