Biography

Retired from the University of Minnesota, Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development:
• Taught leadership, career-development, and human resource development courses;
• Conducted research on multiple aspects of managerial behavior, leadership effectiveness and failure, and differences in effective leader behavior linked to global cultural differences;
• Numerous professional engagement projects, including hosting a symposium on Best Practices in Leadership Development, and working with a cross-sector team to host a workshop for Job Loss Counselors and Related Professionals.
