Biography

Mary Ellen Kassotakis works as Executive Director of Oracle's Women's Leadership initiative. Mary Ellen has extensive experience working in the global leadership development arena in Fortune 50 companies and is also a certified leadership coach. She is an active member of the International Leadership Association, the Immediate Past President of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and she also serves as Adjunct Faculty Member for Drexel University’s College of Professional Studies.
