Recognized expert at building high-performance work cultures at nuclear facilities and in nuclear organizations through leadership, communication, and training/development. Author of more than 20 organizational development and training tools, including Leadership Development Needs Assessment (LEADNA), Trans-Measure, and Transfer of Training Evaluation Model (TOTEM). These tools have been shared with thousands of organizations worldwide through federal knowledge/technology transfer programs.
