Biography

Fernán R. Cepero, MA, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a YMCA of the USA certified Organizational & Global Leader. For the YMCA of the USA he holds the position of Human Resource Partner and also Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Diversity Officer for the YMCA of Greater Rochester. Fernán has also served an Employee Development Manager for Nestlé Waters North America where his responsibilities included recruiting, employee development and ensuring effective succession planning. Prior to this position he served as Human Resource and Employee Development Manager for Xerox Corporation. There he was responsible for the creation and implementation of their People Development Strategy, where in, he developed and maintained a pool of management talent to meet the company’s long-term needs.
