Biography

Mary Eggers is a senior partner with Dannemiller Tyson Associates (DTA) and co-developer of “Whole-Scale® Change.” She has been doing whole system consulting since the mid-80s and has had success nationally and internationally on issues such as leadership development and alignment, culture change, process redesign, strategic planning and deployment and team development. Mary has skilled in the principles of adult learn, a sample of her clients include: business (Corning, Inc., Pratt & Whitney’s Engineering Organization Canada, Vector Research, APB Capital and Inova Health Systems); education (University of Minneapolis, University of Maryland, City of Falls Church Schools); non-profit(Covenant HomeCare, East Jefferson General Hospital, Best Friends Animal Society, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan and World Vision, US); and government (City of Toronto, Canada, US Department of Defense, US Air Force, US Navy, US Coast Guard and the District Health Boards of New Zealand).
