Biography

Instructional design and the development of training solutions have made the last 20+ years very rewarding. My clients have become friends, partners in the professional foxholes. We all have results to brag about. Coming from a professional sales background, I know the importance of getting measurable results. We must be thorough, take things step-by-step, and find new ways to solve any problems that arise. Since 1990, I have been proud to bring professional level sales and service behaviors to contact center and retail teams and their coaches. Almost no one was doing it when we started. I still believe we do it better than everyone else. I know from experience that professional development is only effective when it is highly tailored to address a company’s real world. Canned programs get minimal results for the money and time investment. I write and speak on subjects of professional development, leadership, coaching.
