ContactI co-founded The Axelrod Group, Inc. with my wife Emily in 1981. Together we created a consulting firm that pioneered the use of employee involvement to effect large-scale organizational change. I now bring more than thirty-five years of consulting and teaching experience to this work, with clients including Boeing, Coca-Cola, General Electric, Harley Davidson, Hewlett-Packard, Kaiser Permanente, and the National Health Service in the UK.
Teaching is a passion of mine, and I am currently faculty in the University of Chicago's Masters in Threat and Response Management Program where I teach Crisis Leadership,and American University’s Masters in Organization Development Program. I have also taught Principles and Practices in Organization Development at Columbia University.
